Marysia Malyjasiak

Marysia Malyjasiak is an active competitor and our Kids’ Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Program instructor. She is a black belt under Abmar Barbosa and has been in the top 10 of IBJJF Brown Belt Competitors for several years.

Marysia started her grappling journey at the end of 2002, and she has been on the mats ever since. Marysia was a representative of both the Poland National Judo Team and Poland National Grappling Team. Martial arts has been a huge part of her life, and she tries to pass on her wealth of knowledge and experience to her students. This includes lessons not only in technique, but also in life. It was sports that kept her away from poor influences in her teens–introducing her to a positive community to grow and learn every day.
